Terms of Service (ToS) for MyVPSNetworks.com VPS Hosting services

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the use of the VPS hosting services provided by Jiri Vitak, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic. By purchasing and using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Jiri Vitak provides virtual private servers (VPS) with IPv6-only connectivity, limited CPU resources, and allocated bandwidth per plan. Additional services (IPv4, backups, extra bandwidth, etc.) may be available as add-ons.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Accurate information must be provided during registration.
• One account per user is allowed unless explicitly approved.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Hosting or distributing illegal content under Czech or international law (e.g., child pornography, copyrighted materials without authorization, hacking tools, etc.).
• Spamming, phishing, or running mail servers that send unsolicited emails.
• Conducting DDoS attacks, botnets, or malware hosting.
• Any activity that disrupts network stability or security.
• Unauthorized reselling of services unless permitted by Jiri Vitak.

Jiri Vitak reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for violations of the AUP.

5. Payment, Billing & Refunds

• All prices are listed in USD (or CZK).
• Payment must be made in advance for at least 1** month**.
• No refunds are provided unless required by law or explicitly agreed.
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment after the due date.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Jiri Vitak is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or business losses resulting from the use of our VPS services.
• Services are provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranties of any kind.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 1 month.

7. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

• We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• User data is never sold to third parties.
• Users can request data deletion upon account termination.

8. Service Termination

We may terminate services with or without notice if:

• The user violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
• The account remains unpaid for more than 7 days.
• We discontinue the VPS service for business reasons (users will be given at least 30 days’ notice).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These ToS are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in Czech courts.

10. Amendments to ToS

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes.
